The city of Dunwoody in northern DeKalb County offers a wealth of opportunities for families, empty nesters and singles to find the home of their dreams. Loaded with retail, restaurants and vital services, this area is known as “Downtown Dunwoody” with nearby subdivisions such as Wyntercreek, Wynterhall, Verdon Forest, Fairfield, Redfield, Withmere, and Mill Glen offering a wide range of housing styles. Perimeter Mall and Perimeter Center. Northeast Dunwoody. Technically in the city of Sandy Springs, this area extends to the Fulton and Gwinnett county lines and includes beautiful Spalding Drive and its fine homes on large, often densely wooded lots, the prestigious Dunwoody Country Club, and surrounding subdivisions including Dunwoody Club Forest, St. Andrews, Deerfield, Fontainebleau and the Enclave at Jett Ferry.
